Stephen will contribute his expertise and many years of professional experience to help us optimize our financial and growth strategy. Currently he is president of Moon River Capital, a venture capital and private placement investment firm and is a board member of several innovative companies – including a company in the Cyber Security field – as well as various non-profit organizations. Stephen lives with his family in York, Pennsylvania in the USA and is perfectly qualified to advise us on dealing with our American customers.
